As we step into a new season of purpose and growth at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, I am delighted to connect with each one of you through this newsletter. Your unwavering support and dedication have allowed us to make a significant impact in the lives of countless youth and families, empowering them to embrace the transformative power of adventure while staying anchored in timeless Biblical wisdom.
Whether our kids are riding a horse at a rodeo, shooting a rocket into the air, building and racing boats made of nothing more than cardboard and duct tape, or being exposed to new vocational opportunities, we try our best to instill adventure and exploration during their journey with us.
Adventure lies at the heart of our mission. It is not merely an experience, but a powerful catalyst for personal growth and spiritual enrichment. Through our vast and diverse programs, we provide the youth and families we serve with opportunities to explore nature’s wonders, push their limits, and discover the strength that resides within them.
In times of uncertainty, we often turn to the Scriptures for guidance and comfort. Let us find inspiration in the words of Psalm 31:24, “Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!” This verse reminds us that with faith and courage, we can overcome any challenge that comes our way.
Embracing the spirit of adventure requires us to trust in a higher purpose and navigate the path ahead with faith and humility.
