and Retention Bonus Program!

We are thrilled to announce a new initiative designed to attract and retain the best and brightest individuals to our houseparent team. Effective immediately, we are implementing a generous sign-on and retention bonus program for all newly hired houseparents.

Here's what you can look forward to:

$1500

Sign on bonus
$1,500 bonus will be awarded to all newly hired houseparents who successfully complete their training and start their employment with us.

$2,500

Retention Bonus
$2,500 bonus will be awarded after successfully completing your first year of employment as a houseparent.

$2,500

After two years
An additional $2,500 bonus will be awarded after successfully completing your second year of employment as a houseparent.
Total potential bonus: Up to $6,500 in bonuses can be earned over your first two years with our organization!
