Cal Farley’s recognizes that visitors to our website may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how that information is treated.  This policy provides some information concerning visits to our website.

Cal Farley’s employs industry standard practices to safeguard all data that is received from the Internet.  Examples of these practices include use of firewall and e-mail filtering to enforce perimeter security, use of anti-malware software, workstation security measures, and control of physical access to data centers.  Data transmissions that involve financial transactions are secured using the certificate-based https protocol and software that meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS).  Cal Farley’s does not employ the use of “cookies” through our website.

Cal Farley’s does not share information regarding donor giving with anyone outside of the organization, nor does the organization publicly recognize a donor without their consent.  Any information submitted through the various forms on our site is viewed as confidential and is only handled by authorized staff.
