The Roundup newsletter

The Roundup is a newsletter highlighting the successes of the children in care at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch and Cal Farley's Girlstown, U.S.A. The Roundup is published six times per year.

In February 1949, Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch began publishing The Roundup to give supporters “a clearer insight and a more complete understanding of what we are trying to do at Boys Ranch.” Almost 60 years later, we are still publishing The Roundup and making it available to our many friends throughout the world. The only difference is that we also publish stories concerning other aspects of Cal Farley’s, such as Cal Farley’s Girlstown, U.S.A. and our community-based programs.

As stated in the first issue of The Roundup, “We hope you will read it and enjoy it, and perhaps pass it on to a friend. In that way, we can acquaint more people with the work of (Cal Farley’s).”
