Community Life

The heart of Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is the home, where children develop positive relationships with adults and peers. Boys Ranch has 25 homes with 10 to 12 boys or girls in each. The homes are supervised primarily by married house parent couples. Each home offers children a chance to experience how healthy families act, communicate and respect one another.

The boys and girls have regular chores, specific study times, and reasonable bedtimes. Children can also receive an allowance for demonstrating responsibility in completing chores and being positive role models.
