Cal Farley’s operates the Alumni Support Center in downtown Amarillo, Texas, to provide subsidized apartments for alumni who need assistance and who qualify. This building houses five apartments for alumni and one for staff. This building stays full, so overflow goes into our Scattered Site Program which provides rent assistance at other apartments throughout the city.

Because of the great need to help our alumni as they transition to independence and others who have fallen on hard times, we have plans to create a new facility with 11 apartments, a food pantry and a common area for meetings and training.

We are also grateful to the many businesses who participate in our Vocational Contracts Program. These business owners give our alumni real world work experience while we pay part of their salary for three months.
