2. Parent or Managing Conservator should call the Cal Farley’s Information and Referral at (800) 657-7124 or (806) 372-2341.

3. Speak with an Information and Referral Specialist and determine if the child is an appropriate candidate for Cal Farley’s services.

4. If the child is considered an appropriate candidate, schedule a telephone application interview with an Information and Referral Specialist.

5. If the child is not an appropriate candidate for Cal Farley’s, discuss possible options with an Information and Referral Specialist.
