Dan Adams   President/CEO
Dan Adams has presented as a keynote speaker at several state and national conferences. He speaks on the field of social services for children and families; which includes his expertise on leadership, strategic vision and funding. He also presents the Cal Farley’s Model of Leadership and Service, and how the Model translates in not only caring for children, but in all aspects of personal and professional life.
Mr. Adams speaks to general audiences, professional groups, large civic organizations and church groups.

Vincent Duran  
Director, San Antonio Family Resource Center
     
Vincent Duran speaks about the overall mission of Cal Farley’s. He speaks in-depth on the community-based services offered and the importance of community partnerships with like organizations. Mr. Duran’s real passion is to share the importance of “Father Impact.” He speaks on other family-related topics such as crisis parenting, blended families, and families going through divorce.
      Mr. Duran speaks to professional groups, family agencies, parent groups, and church groups.

Cal Harriman   Associate Vice President, Donor Relations
     
The grandson of our founder, Cal Farley, Mr. Cal Harriman loves to tell the tales encircling his civic-minded grandfather. From professional sports, to sales and marketing, to offering boys a safe place to belong, Mr. Farley was a complex man and Mr. Harriman has all the details. He also shares how the Cal Farley’s organization is just as important to society today as it was in 1939 when it first began operations.
     Mr. Harriman speaks to civic groups, church groups, professional and private groups of any size.

Tom Novak   Vice President, Donor Relations
     
Tom Novak speaks to the history of the Cal Farley’s organization, as well as his own history – having grown-up at Boys Ranch with his brothers, and later becoming administrator of Boys Ranch for many years. He speaks of the many children who come from similar backgrounds, and how the Cal Farley’s Model of Leadership and Service is implemented throughout the many programs offered to the children in our care.
      Mr. Novak speaks to general audiences, civic clubs and church groups.

Jesse and Sandy Pape   Houseparents, Cal Farley’s Girlstown, U.S.A.
Mr. and Mrs. Pape bring their unique, personal experiences on raising children in a Christ-centered environment. Having served children in placement and their families for two decades, the couple are veterans at forming healthy relationships that last a lifetime. The pair also speaks on universal parenting topics such as developing communication skills, working with teens in crisis, setting boundaries, developing accountability in children and inspiring parents to connect. The Papes speak primarily to churches and church groups. They also speak for civic groups and mother and/or father events.

Mike Pacino   Administrator, Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch
Nobody knows the history of the Old West in the Texas Panhandle like Mike Pacino. Mr. Pacino shares the stories of the historic 1800s town of Old Tascosa, where Frenchie McCormick once lived and Boot Hill Cemetery still remains. He shares the depths of Boys Ranch history, Boys Ranch today, and how Cal Farley’s keeps those Western traditions alive in our programs for the children through activities such as rodeo, trail rides, parades and cattle roundups.
Mr. Pacino speaks to civic organizations, Sunday school classes (both children’s and adults), and school groups.

Belinda Palacios  
Senior Vice President, Community Based Services
Belinda Palacios speaks about the many programs offered within the Cal Farley’s organization and the outcomes that have been realized. From community-based services to like-organization partnerships, Ms. Palacios is a great source of information on the current condition of social services and State-wide issues.
Ms. Palacios speaks to community groups, schools, social service providers, and parent/child advocacy groups.


Bobby Sarpalius   Executive Director, Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch Alumni Association
     
Bobby Sarpalius speaks with social, civic or business clubs about the important work Cal Farley's is doing all over the country. He shares some of the history of Cal Farley's, including how business clubs have been instrumental in building Boys Ranch. Mr. Sarpalius also speaks at alumni gatherings across the country. Topics include what services Cal Farley's currently offers children and families across the country and what the Cal Farley's Alumni Association is doing. He also encourages support for both.

Jason Weaver  
Donor Relations Officer
     
Jason Weaver, as one of many proud Boys Ranch alumni, shares his personal experiences growing up in placement and how it changed his life in a positive manner. Now back to serve the organization, Mr. Weaver is a rich source for topics such as the history of Boys Ranch, present day operations, fundraising, our mission and how it is applied through programs, admissions processes, the circumstances and geography from which children come, and the fundamental philosophies of campus life.
     
Mr. Weaver speaks to civic clubs, community organizations, conventions, church groups and mission compositions.

Mike Wilhelm   Senior Chaplain, Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch
Chaplain Mike Wilhelm explains how a Christ-centered, inter-denominational environment helps to heal hurt children.
Chaplain Wilhelm speaks to church groups, ministers, child care providers, parent groups, and public and professional groups.
